As we enter the holiday season, I wanted to take a moment to share our vision and the exciting ways God is moving among us.

Though we may be small in number now, we serve a mighty God who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think (Ephesians 3:20).

This past weekend, the Garcia and Salvatore families traveled to Stillwater, Oklahoma, to visit Stillwater Bible Church (SBC). During our time there, we were blessed to meet the pastors and their families and witness firsthand how God has worked in and through their church.

We had the incredible opportunity to sit under the teaching of Pastor JB Bond, who opened the Word of God and reminded us of the power of His truth (Hebrews 4:12). Afterward, we enjoyed sweet fellowship, sharing a meal with the pastoral staff and their families. It was a time of encouragement and unity in the Spirit (Acts 2:42).

God is doing amazing things in Stillwater, Oklahoma, and we are filled with excitement and confidence that He is also doing amazing things in the Coastal Bend area. Just as Jesus promised, “I will build My church, and the gates of Hades shall not prevail against it” (Matthew 16:18).

The story of SBC is a testimony to God’s faithfulness. Twelve years ago, their members left a church due to differences in leadership. That very week, they met together in a barn. Today, they have their own facility and are in the process of building a children’s ministry space. This gives us great hope that God can do the same here as we seek to stay true to His Word and boldly share the gospel with our community.

What’s Next?

Vincent Garcia is continuing his seminary studies and is being mentored by Pastor JB Bond, while Anthony Salvatore is being mentored by Executive Pastor Bryan James. Together, we are prayerfully planning and preparing to bring our church to life, trusting God to lead us every step of the way (Proverbs 16:9).

We want to invite you to be part of this journey. As Paul encouraged the Philippians, “Stand fast in one spirit, with one mind striving together for the faith of the gospel” (Philippians 1:27). God has placed this vision on our hearts, and we are excited to see how He will use this church to glorify His name in the Coastal Bend area.

Thank you for your prayers, encouragement, and support. Let’s move forward in faith, knowing that God is able to do great things in and through us for His glory (Psalm 115:1).
